The 3 piece noise makers known as NICE and EASY consist of Daryl Smith, Lol Proctor and Dustin Burgess. A band that takes all the good bits, the qualities, the influences and experiences of their involvement in the STREET MUSIC scene to create a first class album. Whilst they are determined to make it on their own merits, it is impossible to ignore the obvious influences that the various members have got from playing in bands such as COCK SPARRER, THE BUSINESS, THE CRACK, THE BLOOD, WARRIORS, BAD MANNERS, THE RIFFS, etc They recorded their first release for DSS Records Austria. The EP "Stuff n Fings" was made with the band using names taken from Sid James characters in the classic British CARRY ONÉ. films. They didnÕt want people to know who they were and complain Ôoh its them again!!Õ So the EP was released and they waited for a genuine reaction. The response was amazing. The EP was well reviewed and sold out very quickly. Everyone was asking when a full length release would be available. DSS sent them back into the studioÉ "SOLD OUT" is their debut album. 13 melodic punk fuelled tunes that jump out of your speakers and kick you squarely in the bollocks! From the riotous "MAD WORLD" and "CanÕt Change Anything" to the powerfully tuneful ÓIt matters what you areÓ and "Oblivion" via the Punky Reggae tinged "No More Apathy" - this is melodic UK STREETROCK at itÕs best. Many bands say they are "into" Punk / Oi! / Metal / Ska / Indie / Streetmusic / Psycho but with NICE and EASY you can immediately hear all their influences.
